GETTING STARTED

Getting Started with MediaRoy: Your First Devices and Content Tests

01

1. Where to start

You do not need a large smartphone farm or content factory on day one. Start with a few devices, understand the workflow, create first creative, collect initial data, and scale only after you understand the process.

02

2. Why a large farm is not needed at the start

Large infrastructure does not replace process understanding. At the start, repeatable work and learning signals matter more.

03

3. What you need

A starter kit: a few smartphones, SIM cards if required, a computer, MediaRoy, content, and several ideas to test.

04

4. Your first smartphones

For an initial MediaRoy workflow, a user may start with, for example, 2–4 devices. This is a beginner scenario, not the maximum MediaRoy device limit.

05

5. SIM cards and connectivity

A SIM card may be used in workflows that require mobile connectivity or a separate mobile connection. It is not a mandatory requirement for MediaRoy itself.

06

6. Computer and workspace

Devices connect to a working computer and are organized through MediaRoy. This is not a detailed installation manual; exact requirements depend on the current version.

07

7. Android

The confirmed public Android requirement is Windows 10 64-bit. Other requirements should be checked in current documentation.

08

8. iPhone

The confirmed public iPhone requirement is macOS 11.0+. Other requirements should be checked in current documentation.

09

9. First accounts and working structure

Start with clear names for projects, groups, devices, and materials to keep test directions separate.

10

10. First creative

First creative should test different ideas, opening seconds, formats, and calls to action.

11

11. First tests

A test is a hypothesis, publication, data, analysis, and next iteration—not a reach promise.

12

12. What to measure

Measure available signals: regularity, audience response, clicks, and outcomes connected with the project task.

13

13. When to scale

Move to scale after processes, roles, materials, and data are understood.
